Instructions for Search:

• Format: Select the desired report format (Summary or Detail) using the "Format" Summary for quick results, Detail for more information but takes longer time.
• Search By: Choose a column to search by, such as PO No., Item Code, Job, Layer, Customer, or Bag Form, using the "Search by" dropdown menu.
• Year Range: Specify the range for your search:
  • Select the start year from the "Year Start" dropdown menu.
  • Select the end year from the "End" dropdown menu.
• Keyword: Enter a keyword or phrase to search for in the text box provided. Use the wildcard character "%" for flexible matching:
  • OPP%: Matches items starting with "OPP".
  • %OPP: Matches items ending with "OPP".
  • %OPP%: Matches items containing "OPP" anywhere.
  • OPP%/LLDPE: Matches items starting with "OPP" followed by "/LLDPE".
• Submit: Press "Search" or hit the Enter key to generate the report.
• Validation: Ensure the following:
  • Keyword field is not empty.
  • Start Year and End Year are selected.
  If any field is missing, an alert will notify you.
